If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item for an exchange, refund or merchandise credit using the following guidelines:
- Return item within 30 days of receipt
- In original packaging and in new, unused condition. Used items will not be accepted.
- With original purchase receipt. Please keep a copy for your record.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry, will be exchanged or refunded with a merchandise credit at the current selling price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the form of the original tender. For credit card purchases, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for refund credit to appear on your statement.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return or exchange an item, complete the return form and mail it in with the item you wish to return. The form can be found on your packing slip or downloaded (Click here to download Return Form). Indicate your reason for the return and action to be taken, whether refund, replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the package. Be sure to make a copy of the form to keep for your records.
If you do not have your packing slip, please include a letter with your returned items that includes the following information:
- Your Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Reason for return
- Action to be taken (refund, replacement or merchandise credit)
Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. For your protection, we suggest you securely pack and insure your return, as we cannot give credit for damaged or lost shipments. Please return your product to the following address. We will process your return according to your instructions.
