What is Circulon Inner Circle?

Our loyalty program allows you to earn points for sharing, purchasing online, reviewing and much more. The points can be redeemed for specific rewards such as coupons and gift cards.

How do I enroll?

To enroll, visit our Rewards Page and click on the “Enroll Now” button. You will also have an opportunity to enroll after completing a purchase.

How do I earn points?

You can earn reward points in different ways. Each time you place an online order you accumulate points. You get X points for each dollar spent on our website (only online purchases apply). You also earn points for being social. There are many ways to earn, check them out:

For each dollar spent 5 points
Refer a friend – Purchase 1000 points
Write a product review 250 points
Email signup 280 points
Program enrollment 1000 points

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

At this time there is no limit to the number of points that you may accrue in your account, however there are limits to the number of times a particular event will award points during a given period of time.

Total # of points that can be earned
For each dollar spent No limit
Refer a friend – Purchase No limit
Write a product review 3 a week
Email signup 1 time
Program enrollment 1 time

Do my points expire?

Account points do not expire. In the case of error, or suspected fraud, points may be suspended or retracted. To best ensure product availability, points redeemed for free gifts with purchase, or discounts on specific product, should be redeemed within a week of purchasing the reward. In the event that we run out of inventory for a free product with purchase, a product of like value will be substituted.

What can I redeem my points for?

You can redeem points for a variety of program rewards from exclusive products to discounts and giftcards. Visit the “Rewards” tab of the member application for a current list of program rewards.

How can I view my points balance?

To view your balance and program activity, login to the member application found here: Activity and click on the “Activity” tab. Here you will find a detailed list of all program activity and the points you have accrued for each action.

How do I redeem points?

To redeem your points for rewards, login to the member application found here: Rewards and click on the “Rewards” tab. Here you will find a list of all program rewards. There will be a “Redeem” button below any reward that you have enough currency to claim. Click on “Redeem” and follow the detailed instructions.

Am I able to use points at checkout?

At this time points can only be redeemed for rewards within your account, they can not be applied directly to your cart total.
