This Covered Essential pan is designed to quickly cook sliced meats and vegetables by tossing and stirring them over a large heated surface area. This rapid-fire approach has a healthy outcome - it locks in nutrients and needs little or no oil – and the resulting dishes are delicious, tender and crisp. Designed with a flat bottom, this pan can be used on either a gas or electric stove. Use the lid to lock in heat and gently steam or simmer to finish a dish.

Versatile and sophisticated, this Circulon Symmetry Ultimate Pan combines high technology performance with an elegant tulip shape to provide great durability, exceptional heat conduction, and a beautiful look. It features the TOTAL® Food Release System of unique “Hi-Low” waves to reduce surface abrasion, and is coupled with DuPont Autograph® advanced 3-layer nonstick to deliver extraordinary food release and easy clean-up both inside and out – and it’s metal utensil safe.

Constructed of durable heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum, Circulon Symmetry is fitted with an impact bonded stainless steel base suitable for all stovetops - including induction. The tempered glass lid with wide stainless steel rim allows you to monitor the cooking process without lifting the lid, keeping flavor and moisture in. The graceful cast stainless steel handle is enhanced with silicone to provide a confident grip. This cookware is dishwasher safe.
