This is a handy saucepan for making boiled eggs, new potatoes, or steaming almost any vegetable. The lid has a deep rim with straining holes. To strain, line the holes up with the pan's pour spouts and strain with ease. For covered cooking, rotate the lid to close the holes and moisture will stay inside the pan. To pour, remove the lid and use the pour spouts that are built into the pan body.

Constructed of durable heavy gauge hard-anodized aluminum, Circulon Symmetry is fitted with an impact bonded stainless steel base suitable for all stovetops - including induction. The tempered glass lid with wide stainless steel rim allows you to monitor the cooking process without lifting the lid, keeping flavor and moisture in. The graceful cast stainless steel handle is enhanced with silicone to provide a confident grip. This cookware is dishwasher safe.
