Ingredients
- 3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 each Large Eggs
- 1 cup 2% or Whole Milk
- 1 medium Granny Smith Apple, peeled-sliced thin-& cut in ½
- 2 each Cooked Chicken Apple Sausages, cut in half & sliced thin
- To taste Salt
- For drizzling Maple Syrup

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder & a few pinches of salt until well incorporated. Whisk in the eggs & milk to form a smooth batter. Stir in the apples & sausage.
- Heat Infinite Circulon's 12” Round Griddle Pan on medium to med-high heat (it might take a pancake or two to get the heat adjusted just right). Place a ladle full of batter in the middle of the pan & smooth out the batter evenly. Cook for a couple of minutes until the bottom is nicely browned. Flip the pancake over & cook for an additional minute or two until the bottom has browned.
- Repeat the steps until you run out of batter. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
