Take the time to make your own hamburger patties rather than buying them already made. You can pick the kind of beef you like and, most importantly, blend seasoning throughout the beef before the patties are formed. Put the ground beef into a large bowl and mix in salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar and dried Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, thyme, sage, marjoram, etc.). This makes flavorful, juicy burgers that you and your guests will love.
